Best credit cards to apply in 2023
CASH BACK NO ANNUAL FEESHow to find the best credit card for me?
The best credit cards usually come with some form of reward program, low interest rates and even cash back. But unfortunately they are usually only available to people with good credit which is why they may not be the right fit for you.
We work to give you the best offers when it comes to your credit card, so we made a list for people with different scores.
Credit Cards for people with excellent score
Excellent credit score varies between 800 to 850 on the FICO score, these are some of our choices:
- The Triple Cash Rewards Visa is a great card! You can get a cash back on every purchase, and when buying for goods, auto or health categories you can get up to 3% in money back. This card also has plenty of other benefits like purchase protection and zero fraud liability. Furthermore, this option does not charge any fees, utilizes contactless technology and you can see all your account information through your phone.
- Enhance your Visa® card with cash rewards: You’ll get 1.5% cash back for every purchase you make with this card. It doesn’t have an annual fee & there are no international fees. One of the main features is that when you apply for a card, there’s no need to do an Advance cash loan.
- Petal 2 has a cash back system where, if you pay on time for 12 months, you get 1.5% back. If you have the Petal 2 Visa credit card it also has no fees. And you can get 2% to 10% of your spending back with the company’s partners. If interested, you can head over to their website for more information.
Credit Cards for people with good score
When you have a good credit score of 670-799, there’s a lot of options for you. I’ve selected some cards that come with benefits to help too.
- Applying for this card is easy and not as onerous since it doesn’t require a security deposit. They also don’t do a credit analysis in the first moment, so your new score will be growing as soon as you get started. One other perk of this card is that it has a $0 liability fraud policy, so if someone steals your card you won’t get charged
- You’ll have a Gold Mastercard in your hands. With it, you can earn the trust of banks because you’re holding up your end of the bargain. The issuer will regularly report your good payments to 3 major credit buresaus which may pave the way for even more credit in the future.
- Milestone Mastercard – Mobile Access to Your Account: This one is very similar to the one before, but is the perfect card for people who want 24/7 access to their account on a finger tap.
Credit Cards for people with fair score
You might have a fair credit score, which goes between 580 & 669. Don’t worry! You can still find some really good card options then. For example, the following:
- If you’re looking to build up your credit, then Merrick Bank’s Double Your Line Platinum Visa Credit Card is a good option because they don’t require security deposits & offers a starting limit of $500-$1000.
- Fortiva Mastercard Credit Cards offer at least 3% cash back, which is still quite good. If you have a fair score but want to get some perks, this is the card for you.
- Aspire Cash Back Reward Card: If you like to make money back, this card gives you 3% cash back in groceries, utilities and gas.
Credit Cards for people with poor score
If you have an FSC, your money and job prospects are limited. There are still good credit card options out there, just don’t make the mistake of thinking that an FSC is the way to go!
Net First Platinum is best if you’ve been denied by other companies. You have an initial limit of $750 to spend and the application process is fast & easy.
Applied Bank Unsecured Visa Card: This card reports to the three major credit bureses if you make your monthly payments on time, you can begin rebuilding your credit within a reasonable amount of time. Once some good payment history has been established, you can also increase your limits and take out bigger loan amounts should the need arise.
The Merrick Bank Double Your Line Platinum Visa Credit card offers an initial limit of $500-$1350, with the ability to upgrade to a higher limit if you make your monthly payments on time.
